The New Moon in Aries on the 1st of April is a healing one, and also brings opportunities for dialogue that constructively finds a new way forward, whether that’s on the world stage, or on a personal level.
HOW WILL THE PLANET FARE ?
New Moons are about planting seeds of the goals we would like to manifest in our lives, and this new moon suggests it’s a perfect time, to not only set intentions for our dreams, but also to sew seeds of hope, love, peace and healing. The planet really needs this now I’m sure you’ll agree. The astrological energy’s for this new moon also support these wishes. So it’s a lovely new moon to kick off the new astrological year. The intentions we set now can have long term affects. The New Moon is conjunct the planet of communication Mercury, and also the asteroid Chiron, whom is all about healing. Eris, a small dwarf planet, is also present, and baring in mind current world events, and the location on the event chart of the new moon, it can mean hidden things get revealed, and new opportunities, to forge ahead with plans that could heal the current conflicts. The element of rebellion represented by Eris, suggests a surge forward from the people, as they seek transformation and a new order to follow their karmic path. Pluto in Capricorn is making a kind helpful angle to the north node, in Taurus, which is about the destiny of the people this is a positive sign, and by the end of the month when Pluto turns retrograde, we may see a slowing down and reviewing of current situation, to work towards finding a resolution.
HOW WILL IT AFFECT YOU PERSONALLY?
But how will this energy affect us personally? It’s a time to look at what areas of your life need healing, whether that’s emotional scars, or physical ailments that are troublesome. Find positive ways to approach the inner you. When I discussed the Full moon in Virgo, I mentioned about there being no shame in fear. Let’s extend that with this Aries new moon, and say there’s no shame in asking for help if you’re struggling. So many of us find it so hard to show our vulnerability, and stoically carry on saying we’re fine, when in fact we can hardly keep it together inside. Chiron represents the healing help we can receive, if we just but ask. People are only too willing to help if asked. So ask away.
FINAL THOUGHTS
Remember to always double check if you’re getting in your own way. So often we don’t realise that we’ve stopped listening to the wisdom of the cosmos, as it talks to us through these astrological symbols. When we stand back and remind ourselves that the Divine has our back, and has always been on our team, then it can help us make sense of our current path and it’s lessons, however challenging and dark.
